We are local independent company secretarial & company formation specialists offering advice and services to company directors, accountants and solicitors nationally and internationally. Our friendly, approachable ICSA qualified staff are subject matter experts in the company secretarial field and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in assisting clients with their requirements. Eugene Hayes ACIS, BFS (NUI) QFA LIB previously worked with Ulster Bank Ireland Limited and is the founder and managing director of Midwest Corporate Services Limited. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a member of the Institute of Directors in Ireland, an accredited Mediator with Mediation Forum Ireland, a member of the Irish Corporate Law Forum, a member of the Irish Company Secretaries Group and a member of Limerick Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Financial Services Degree from UCD and is through a sister company – Irish Mortgage & Insurance Brokers Alliance Limited which is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland to operate as a mortgage broker and multi-agency insurance intermediary.

John joined our team  in 2017 having worked previously in a private legal practice in Sligo since qualifying as a solicitor in 2012. John advises clients across a wide range of corporate governance issues including regulatory and statutory compliance with the Companies Act, 2014 and provides company secretarial advise and support in a wide range of corporate transactions including company formations, applications for charitable status, company wind downs, company restructures, share purchases, share subscriptions, shareholder agreements and general corporate governance. John is a keen outdoor enthusiast, most notably open water swimming having completed numerous open water swims including a relay crossing of the English Channel in 2016. John is also competes at Masters level in the sport of Surflifesaving and has represented his club and county at national events.  John is a recent graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) Chartered Secretarial qualification programme and is a qualified solicitor having qualified with the Law Society in 2012.
